2. Intellectual Property & Digital Content
All content on this website, including but not limited to product designs, descriptions, high-resolution imagery, and brand assets, is the exclusive proprietary property of Bloomtierrack Green Living Ltd or is used under strict commercial license. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our digital assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Inventory & Order Acceptance
We operate a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) model, maintaining physical ownership and internal control over our inventory.
All orders are subject to availability and internal verification.
We reserve the right to decline any order suspected of fraudulent activity or in cases of pricing errors.
A binding contract is formed only once we issue a formal Order Confirmation via email.
4. Pricing, Payments & Security
Pricing: Prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout.
Payment Security: All transactions are processed through Stripe’s encrypted gateway. We adhere to PCI-DSS standards and do not store or access your raw credit card data.
Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information to prevent processing delays or anti-fraud flagging.
5. Shipping, Fulfilment & Customs
We manage our own fulfilment operations to ensure quality consistency.
Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched from our managed facilities following a rigorous internal quality inspection.
Delivery: We utilise premium carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days post-dispatch.
Customs & Duties: For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, the customer is the importer of record. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Transfer of Risk
In compliance with UK and EEA consumer protection laws, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer only upon physical delivery to the specified address or a designated recipient. Bloomtierrack remains responsible for the goods throughout the transit phase until successful delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
7. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (UK & EEA)
Consumers in the UK and EEA have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Condition: Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer unless the item is faulty.
8. Quality Assurance: Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods
We take pride in our quality control. If an item is received damaged or does not match the description:
Contact us within a reasonable period (not exceeding 30 days) with photographic evidence.
Upon internal verification, we will provide a resolution, which may include a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.
9. Order Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel your order prior to dispatch. Once an order has entered our internal fulfilment and packaging process, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned under our standard return policy once received.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the total price paid for the goods. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where such exclusion is prohibited by the laws of England and Wales.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
